The project
A production employee-relations and disciplinary-process platform used by national companies. Systems like this carry years of business rules, so the work is careful maintenance: fixing defects without breaking the processes HR teams rely on every day.
What we did
- Maintained and extended the React frontend and Django backend of a long-lived production system.
- Diagnosed and fixed defects across complex disciplinary and case workflows.
- Worked with the vendor team on SLA-driven support cycles and releases.
Where it landed
A steady stream of fixes and improvements shipped to a platform in daily use at scale, under an ongoing support agreement.
